DARE TO CHANGE
Everyone has two options at all the moments - Either FOLLOW or LEAD. Most of us love to follow but 5% of us, the change makers loves to lead and open new avenues. This could at times be equated as DIE (Bear) or DO (Revolt) too. FOLLOWING has precedence, footprints, usually copy-paste, less innovation, proven track record and thus is with lesser hit & trial, so a safer way with stagnant growth. Whereas LEADING has no tried track or success story to follow. It pushes front runners to carve their own way, out of nowhere and thus is more exploring, innovative and satisfying but has own risks and rewards. The magnitude of resultant of high risk actions is always higher - BIG Gain or BIG Loss.
