DARE TO CHANGE
Everyone has two options at all the moments - Either FOLLOW or LEAD.
Most of us love to follow but 5% of us, the change makers loves to lead and open new avenues. This could at times be equated as DIE (Bear) or DO (Revolt) too.
FOLLOWING has precedence, footprints, usually copy-paste, less innovation, proven track record and thus is with lesser hit & trial, so a safer way with stagnant growth. Whereas LEADING has no tried track or success story to follow. It pushes front runners to carve their own way, out of nowhere and thus is more exploring, innovative and satisfying but has own risks and rewards. The magnitude of resultant of high risk actions is always higher - BIG Gain or BIG Loss.
The advantage of any out of box strategy can be big and much beyond expectations since that has never been tried and tested. This booster dose of growth can take things much beyond competition with no one around, making high risk justified. However in case of set back, a prudent & experienced leader can control the damage and can bring things back to normal in reasonable time. So defining risk appetite and keeping bottom line intact, a high risk action plan could be implemented for extra ordinary gains.
POLITICS IS NO EXCEPTION.
Since we lack leaders, who can foresee, plan well and guide to take aggressive calls so predictable following prevails & we lack extraordinary results. India's most loved duo - Shri Narendra Modi & Shri Amit Shah has always been known for visible experimenting. Trust me they take call on facts and figures, generated after in depth detailed study, surveys conducted discretely. At times their final action may pose distorted image but they decide keeping in mind the ultimate futuristic scenario and the exorbitant gains thereupon. They have left all surprised with their choice of new leaders for central India - Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Chhatisgarh. However I shall restrict my this write up to Rajasthan only.
